Service Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
● Deposit: A 20 % non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
● Full Payment: Full payment must be received 7 days prior to the tour/activity date.
● Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit cards, and bank transfer.
● Booking Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit and/or full payment and issuance of a confirmation email and/or voucher.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
● Cancellations by Customer:
○ Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the tour/activity date may receive a refund of 80 % of the total price.
○ Cancellations made between 14 days and 5 days prior to the tour/activity date will incur a 50 % cancellation fee.
○ Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the tour/activity date will receive no refund.
○ No-shows will be charged the full price of the tour/activity.
● Cancellations by Company:
○ We reserve the right to cancel a tour/activity due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, insufficient bookings, etc.). If we cancel, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Changes and Modifications
● Itinerary Changes by Company: We reserve the right to make changes to the tour/activity itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to provide alternative arrangements of similar value.
● Changes Requested by Customer: We will try to accommodate reasonable changes requested by you, subject to availability and any additional costs.
4. Insurance
● Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage, medical expenses, personal belongings, and emergency evacuation.
5. Liability
● Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participating in tours/activities may involve inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.
● Waiver of Liability: You agree to release and hold harmless Traveloma Tours and Safaris, its employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising from your participation in the tour/activity.
● Company's Liability: Our liability is limited to the total price paid for the tour/activity. We shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Health & Safety
● Physical Fitness: You acknowledge that our tours/activities may require a certain level of physical fitness. It is your responsibility to ensure you are fit enough to participate.
● Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your participation.
● Compliance with Instructions: You agree to follow the instructions of our guides and staff at all times for your safety and the safety of others.
7. Photography & Filming
● Promotional Use: You grant us permission to use any photographs or videos taken during the tour/activity for promotional purposes, unless you express otherwise in writing.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
● Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of South Africa.
● Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation.
9. Acceptance of Terms
● By booking a tour/activity with Traveloma Tours and Safaris, you signify your agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
